Learn to inspect your Kakobuy QC photos like a pro. Know exactly what to look for, what to accept, and when to reject.
Always request QC photos before approving shipment. You have a limited window to request reshoots or reject items. Most common QC failures are stitching defects, logo placement errors, and sole separation — this guide covers all of them.

Open the original product listing side-by-side with your QC photos. Check logo, shape, color, stitching, and material consistency carefully.
Use this guide's checklist for each product type. Minor cosmetic issues may be acceptable; structural defects or wrong items are grounds for rejection.
Accept to proceed to shipping. Reject to request a reshoot for re-inspection, or reject entirely for a refund. Act quickly — time windows apply.
