Complete beginner's guide to using Kakobuy — from creating an account to receiving your parcel, explained in simple steps.
Go to Kakobuy.com and register with your email. Verify your account and set up your delivery address in your profile settings. Make sure your address is in English and complete.
Browse Taobao, Weidian, or 1688 for the items you want. Copy the product URL from your browser. You can also use spreadsheets from communities to find verified quality items.
Paste the product URL into Kakobuy's order submission page. Select your size, color, and quantity. Check the price calculation and submit. Kakobuy will purchase the item and confirm via email.
Your item ships from the Chinese seller to Kakobuy's warehouse (usually 3-7 days). You'll receive a notification when it arrives. The item is stored for up to 90 days for free.
Kakobuy takes quality inspection photos of your item. Log in, review the photos carefully using our QC guide, and either approve or reject. If you approve, proceed to shipping.
Select your international shipping route based on cost, speed, and tax risk. Use our shipping calculator to compare options. Pay for shipping and submit your parcel for dispatch.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. Track via the carrier's website or Kakobuy's tracking page. Delivery typically takes 10-40 days depending on your country and shipping route.
